There might be reduced opening hours during the vintertime, especialy sunday. The phone might not be ansvered after 9 pm. (21.00)
The reception will not be open to regular hours. If som body from the staff is on duty, there will be a note in the reception window telling where to find the person. In the morning you may find a staff member in the cafe, who can provide you with reception services.
We recommend, that our customers book and pay online. We would like to reduce cash payment in order to avoid break in. If you book online, you will be provided with the relevant information by mail.
If you arrive when the telephone is closed, it is essential you have a door code for the front door. Please be aware of, you need to contact us in forehand. If you have the code for the front door, there are no problems getting access to your room.
